After you submit
Most decisions are recorded within fourteen days. You are notified at the email address you registered with. On approval, the system issues a Citizen Identity Number and a temporary password. Sign in at my.gov.campfira.org with these credentials.
If your application is rejected, the rejection notice includes the reason. You may resubmit a new application after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Data handling
All identity documents and verification material are encrypted at rest with industry-standard authenticated encryption. Decryption keys are held by a dedicated key-management system isolated from the application services and never released to them in plaintext form. See the data-handling page for the Ministry's full posture.
