The Basic Laws
The Basic Laws are the foundational statutes that operate alongside the Constitution.
- The Citizenship Act. Defines the four tiers and the pathway between them.
- The Privacy Act. Establishes the Office of the Privacy Auditor and the rights of data subjects.
- The Service Charter Act. Sets out the standards of service the Government commits to.
- The Court of Arbitration Act. Establishes the court of first and only instance for civil disputes between the Republic and its members.
