The Ministry administers citizenship, residency, civil registration, the census, and the Government's identity infrastructure for the Free Republic of Campfira. It is the home of the Office of Records and the operator of the Citizen Portal.
Citizenship in the Republic is granted in stages. You begin as an e-Resident, progress to Resident, and may then be admitted as a Citizen. The Ministry sets out the requirements, the timing, and the responsibilities at each step.
The first formal step. A verified Citizen Identity Number, signed digital credentials, and access to designated online services.
For e-Residents who have demonstrated participation. Adds further service rights and a route to citizenship.
Full membership of the Republic. The right to vote, to stand for office, and to be heard in the Assembly.
Awarded by the Founders Council. Recognises distinguished service to the Republic.
